The rules for using Boxy accounts, worlds, community features, purchases,
and creator tools.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Boxy,
including its websites, game clients, game worlds, accounts, chat,
purchases, creator tools, and support services (together, the "Service"). In
these Terms, "Boxy," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operators of the
Service.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
----------------------------
Except for the dormant Child registration described below, by creating an
account, accessing, downloading, or playing Boxy, or otherwise using the
Service, you agree to these Terms and our related policies, including the
Community Guidelines (/support/community-guidelines) and Privacy Policy
(/support/privacy). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Creating an under-13 Child account does not record the child's acceptance of
these Terms and does not establish parent or guardian consent. The current
registration form does not verify a parent. If you are not legally able to
agree yourself, do not use Boxy's online Service unless Boxy offers and
completes a separate verified parent or guardian process.
2. Access to Boxy
-----------------
Access to Boxy is a privilege, not a right. To the fullest extent permitted
by law, we may deny, limit, suspend, or terminate any person's access to all
or part of the Service, with or without prior notice, for any lawful reason.
This includes protecting players, enforcing these Terms, responding to legal
or security concerns, preventing harm to the Service, or discontinuing a
feature or world.
Individual worlds may publish additional rules. Those rules may be stricter
than these Terms, but they cannot replace them. You are responsible for
reviewing a world's rules before participating.
3. Accounts and account security
--------------------------------
- Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
- Keep your password, login tokens, and other credentials confidential. Do
not share, lend, transfer, or allow another person to use your account.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless
applicable law provides otherwise. Notify support promptly if you
believe the account has been compromised.
- Do not create or use an account to impersonate another person, evade a
restriction, or help someone else violate these Terms.
- Account and player names must not be obscene, sexually explicit,
hateful, harassing, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate. We may rename
or remove them.
Boxy is designed for adults and for teenagers age 13 and older; it is not
directed to children under 13. If the birthdate supplied for an account
indicates that its player is under 13, the account is placed in the Child
state. Until the player turns 13, it may use only offline single-player
worlds in the MonoGame client. Online worlds, player communications and
content, advertising, trading, subscriptions, purchases, and in-app purchases
are unavailable. Parental consent or parental controls cannot unlock those
features for a Child account.
A Child account created with a Boxy username and password stores that minimum
credential and birthdate for the dormant account, not an agreement to these
Terms. A temporary Google-only or Guest onboarding account has no recoverable
password after its provider link or session is removed, so an under-13
birthdate causes Boxy to roll that temporary account back and release its
username. The player may use offline Single player without an account, or
separately create a username-and-password registration to reserve a dormant
account. When a retained account reaches age 13, it must review and accept the
Terms, Privacy Policy, and other required documents then current before any
online feature becomes available.
We may delete accounts and associated data after an extended period of
inactivity. We do not promise to retain inactive accounts, worlds,
characters, builds, or items indefinitely. Where reasonably practicable, we
will provide notice before an inactivity deletion.
4. Community conduct
--------------------
Do not be a jerk. Treat other players and the people who operate and support
Boxy with respect. Trolling, griefing, deliberately disrupting play, or
repeatedly provoking others is not acceptable, even if a specific act is not
listed below.
You must not use the Service to:
- harass, stalk, bully, threaten, shame, or abuse another person;
- promote or participate in hate speech or target people based on
protected or personal characteristics;
- discuss sexual themes, engage in sexual conduct, solicit sexual contact,
or share sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate
content;
- use excessive profanity, spam, scams, malicious links, or content
intended to shock or seriously offend;
- impersonate players, staff, moderators, or other people, or misrepresent
an affiliation with Boxy; or
- encourage, assist, or coordinate violations of these Terms.
Keep public and shared spaces clean and suitable for the community. Context
matters, and we may act on conduct that creates an unsafe, hostile, or
seriously disruptive environment.
5. Cheating, exploits, bots, and interference
---------------------------------------------
Do not cheat or attempt to gain an unfair gameplay advantage. Prohibited
conduct includes:
- using, distributing, advertising, or developing cheats, unauthorized
mods, injected code, packet manipulation, or tools that alter gameplay
or evade game rules;
- knowingly exploiting a bug, vulnerability, unintended game mechanic,
duplication method, or economy error for personal or group benefit;
- discovering a material exploit and using it, sharing it with other
players, or withholding it so it can continue to be abused instead of
reporting it privately through the bug-reporting process
(/support/bug-reporting);
- using bots, scripts, macros, or other automation that plays the game,
makes gameplay decisions, repeats gameplay actions, or provides an
advantage beyond ordinary convenience; or
- attacking, probing, overloading, bypassing access controls, reverse
engineering except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right
to do so, or otherwise interfering with the Service or another player's
connection.
Ordinary accessibility features, input remapping, and convenience tools are
allowed only when they do not automate play or create a gameplay advantage.
If you are unsure whether a tool is permitted, ask support before using it.
Cheating may result in immediate suspension or permanent account deletion,
including removal of characters, builds, currency, and items, without prior
warning.
6. Player content
-----------------
"Player Content" means anything you submit, upload, create, publish, or
communicate through the Service, including chat, names, builds, worlds,
schematics, text, images, models, and feedback. You retain any ownership
rights you have in your Player Content.
By submitting Player Content, you grant Boxy a worldwide, non-exclusive,
royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store,
reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use
that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and
promote the Service. This license continues for as long as the content
remains on the Service and, where necessary, afterward for backups, shared
creations, legal compliance, and material already used to promote the
Service.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit your Player Content
and grant this license. Do not submit content that infringes another
person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. We may
review, restrict, modify, or remove Player Content at our discretion, but we
are not obligated to monitor everything players create or say.
7. Accounts, virtual items, and real-money trading
--------------------------------------------------
Your account is personal to you and remains part of the Service. Virtual
currency, characters, land, builds, and in-game items are licensed features
with no guaranteed real-world value or permanent availability; they are not
property that can be redeemed for cash unless we expressly say otherwise.
You may not buy, sell, rent, trade, or transfer an account, access to an
account, virtual currency, or an in-game item for real-world money or
anything of value outside an exchange expressly authorized by Boxy. We may
reverse unauthorized transactions and remove related accounts or items.
8. Purchases, contributions, and subscriptions
----------------------------------------------
Purchases are offered only through the storefront permitted for the
distribution you are using. On a Fire OS release, eligible digital purchases
are offered through Amazon Appstore in-app purchasing; on other distributions,
a different disclosed storefront may apply. Do not use another payment route
to evade a storefront's rules. Child accounts cannot access commerce, and teen
purchases require the effective age and parental authorization rules shown by
the Service.
Prices, taxes, billing periods, renewal terms, and included benefits are
shown at purchase. Subscriptions continue for the disclosed period and may
renew until canceled. Canceling stops future renewals but does not normally
refund the current billing period.
Monetary contributions or "donations," subscriptions, virtual currency
purchases, and other transactions for in-game services are final and
non-refundable once completed, except where a refund is required by
applicable law, required by the payment platform, or expressly allowed by
our Refund Policy (/support/refund-policy). Virtual items or benefits
connected to a refund, reversal, or chargeback may be removed.
You are responsible for charges from third parties outside Boxy, including
internet, mobile data, hardware, banking, currency-conversion, marketplace,
and payment-provider fees. Boxy does not control and is not responsible for
those charges. Review the third party's terms before completing a
transaction.
9. Enforcement
--------------
We may investigate suspected violations using reports, account records,
gameplay data, chat, transaction history, and other information available to
us. Depending on the conduct, we may warn a player, remove content or items,
reverse gains, mute or restrict features, suspend access, ban a player or
device, or permanently delete an account and its associated data.
We may act immediately when we believe cheating, fraud, harassment, security
risks, illegal conduct, or harm to players or the Service is involved. We
may also take action based on conduct outside the Service when it creates a
credible risk to Boxy, its players, or its staff. Attempts to evade
enforcement may lead to additional restrictions.
Where an appeal is available, you may use the appeal process
(/support/appeals). Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that an action
will be reversed.
10. Service changes and availability
------------------------------------
Boxy is an evolving service. We may add, change, reset, rebalance, suspend,
or discontinue worlds, features, rules, virtual items, or the Service
itself. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available,
uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that game data will never be lost.
Preview, testing, and community-hosted worlds may change or reset without
notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and
"as available," without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms
excludes a warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be
excluded.
11. Responsibility for losses
-----------------------------
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boxy is not responsible for
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising
from use of or inability to use the Service, loss of game data or virtual
items, player conduct, third-party services, or unauthorized account access.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or
excluded.
12. Changes to these Terms
--------------------------
We may update these Terms as Boxy, its rules, or applicable requirements
change. The date above shows when they were last updated. If a change is
material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service or another
appropriate method. Continuing to use Boxy after the updated Terms take
effect means you accept them; if you do not accept them, you must stop using
the Service.
13. General terms and contact
-----------------------------
If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will
continue to apply. A delay or failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of
our right to enforce it later. These Terms do not give rights to anyone
other than you and Boxy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

How Boxy collects, uses, shares, protects, retains, exports, and deletes
information.

This Privacy Policy explains how Boxy and its operators ("Boxy," "we," "us,"
and "our") collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you use the
Boxy game, websites, browser and native clients, online worlds, account
services, community features, purchases, and support services (together, the
"Service"). Boxy is the name of the application and service covered by this
policy.
By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this
policy. This policy should be read with our Terms of Service
(/support/terms). It does not govern a third-party website, payment page,
app store, ad network, or independently operated service that has its own
privacy notice.
1. Information you provide
--------------------------
Depending on how you use Boxy, you may provide:
- Account information: a username, e-mail address where permitted, optional
profile or contact information, password, birthdate, derived age bracket,
consent records, parental-control state, account preferences, and
information used to recover or secure your account. Passwords and parental
PINs are stored in hashed form rather than as readable text.
- Player and gameplay information: character names and appearance choices,
world membership, settings, inventory, statistics, progress, quests,
achievements, homes, builds, map edits, claims, guild activity, trades,
auctions, mail, and other actions or state associated with an account or
character.
- Communications and Player Content: chat, whispers, commands, signs,
world or schematic content, reports, appeals, feedback, support
requests, attachments, and other material you submit or create. Chat and
sign records may include the character, world, time, and in-game
coordinates connected with the message.
- Purchase information: the product, price, currency, payment provider,
transaction or purchase token, subscription status and period, refund or
chargeback status, virtual-currency ledger entries, and identifiers
needed to reconcile a purchase with your account.
2. Information collected automatically
--------------------------------------
When you access an online Boxy service, we and the providers described below
may automatically collect:
- IP address, account and session identifiers, login and logout times,
authentication events, and the IP address used to create an account;
- browser or client type, user-agent information, operating system or
device category, requested page or service path, response status, and
timestamps;
- gameplay events such as world joins, character actions, commands,
interactions, moderation flags, errors, and in-game position. In-game
coordinates describe a location inside a Boxy world, not your device's
GPS location;
- diagnostic, crash, performance, security, fraud-prevention, and
service-availability information; and
- cookies, local storage, cache entries, device or app identifiers, and
similar technologies used for sign-in, preferences, security,
advertising, measurement, and service operation; and
- on Fire OS, Amazon Appstore age-verification status, an age range when
supplied, consent or supervision status, relevant approval dates, and a
one-way hash of Amazon's anonymous app-level user identifier.
Boxy does not request precise physical location, contacts, camera,
microphone, or health data unless a future feature clearly explains the need
and requests any permission required before collection.
3. Local and offline data
-------------------------
Boxy clients may store settings, downloaded assets, authentication state,
caches, and local world saves on your browser or device. A world created for
offline play normally remains on that device and is not sent to Boxy merely
because it was created. Information will leave the device if you choose an
online feature, upload or submit it, contact support with it, synchronize it
through a service, or use a third-party feature that discloses its own
collection.
4. How we use information
-------------------------
We use information to:
- create and manage accounts, authenticate players, maintain sessions, and
provide worlds, gameplay, community features, purchases, subscriptions,
virtual currency, and support;
- save characters, content, preferences, and progress and synchronize them
across relevant Boxy services;
- send service, security, billing, support, policy, and account
communications and respond to requests;
- detect and prevent cheating, exploitation, fraud, abuse, harassment,
unauthorized access, payment abuse, and other violations of our rules;
- investigate reports and appeals, moderate Player Content, enforce rules,
protect players and staff, and preserve evidence of misconduct;
- process, verify, fulfill, reconcile, cancel, or refund transactions and
maintain financial and virtual-currency records;
- operate advertising and affiliate programs, measure ad or link
performance, prevent invalid traffic, and provide personalized or
non-personalized advertising where permitted;
- diagnose problems, analyze use of the Service, balance gameplay, plan
features, conduct research, and guide improvements to Boxy; and
- comply with legal obligations, valid legal process, tax and accounting
requirements, and requests from authorities, and establish or defend
legal claims.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, our bases may include
performing our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and
protecting the Service, consent, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. When information is disclosed
--------------------------------
We may disclose information to:
- Boxy services and world hosts: account identifiers, roles, status,
entitlements, characters, session information, connecting IP address,
and relevant gameplay data may pass between the Boxy website and the
server hosting the world you select.
- Other players and the public: character and guild names, appearance,
presence, chat, builds, listings, rankings, and other features intended
for shared worlds may be visible to other people. Do not put private
information in public Player Content.
- Vendors and service providers: providers that perform hosting, storage,
security, content delivery, communications, customer support,
diagnostics, advertising, analytics, or payment services may process
information under their terms and appropriate contractual or legal
restrictions.
- Payment and storefront providers: Amazon Appstore, Stripe, PayPal, Google
Play, Google Payments, Steam, banks, card networks, and related providers
may receive account, device, transaction, and fraud-prevention information
needed to offer and administer a transaction.
- Authorities and affected parties: we may disclose information when we
reasonably believe it is required by law or valid process, necessary to
protect rights or safety, or appropriate to investigate fraud, abuse,
security incidents, or rule violations.
- A successor: information may be reviewed or transferred as part of a
merger, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or
acquisition, subject to applicable confidentiality and notice
requirements.
We do not sell personal information for money. The use of advertising
cookies or identifiers may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or targeted
advertising under some privacy laws even when no money is exchanged for the
information. Where such a law applies, we will provide any consent or
opt-out mechanism it requires.
6. Payments and storefronts
---------------------------
Boxy may use Amazon Appstore, Stripe, PayPal, Google Play, Google Payments,
or other storefronts and payment processors. A provider may collect information
directly from you on its own page or through its software, including
contact, billing, payment-method, device, cookie, transaction, and
fraud-prevention information. The provider processes that information under
its own privacy notice.
Boxy normally does not receive or store a complete payment-card number when
a hosted payment provider handles checkout. We receive and retain the
provider references and transaction details needed to identify the account
and product, grant benefits, manage subscriptions, handle support, prevent
duplicate fulfillment, and meet accounting or legal obligations.

transactional data and information identifying devices through cookies
or similar technologies for payments, authentication, analytics, service
improvement, and fraud prevention and detection.
- PayPal Privacy Statement

provide Boxy with information needed to complete and support a
transaction and may use cookies or other data under its own choices and
policies.
- Google Payments Privacy Notice

Google processes Google Play purchase and payment information under its
own notice.
- Amazon Privacy Notice
(https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=GX7NJQ4ZB8MHFRNJ):
on Fire OS, Amazon processes Appstore age-verification and purchase
information. Boxy receives the age signal and purchase records needed to
restrict access, bind a purchase to the correct account, fulfill it once,
restore it, and reconcile renewals, refunds, and revocations.
7. Google advertising: AdSense and AdMob
----------------------------------------
Boxy may display web advertising through Google AdSense and in-app
advertising through Google AdMob. Third-party vendors, including Google, use
cookies or similar identifiers to serve ads based on a user's prior visits
to Boxy or other websites and apps. Google's use of advertising cookies
enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to Boxy and
other sites on the Internet. Other authorized ad vendors or networks may
also use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, mobile identifiers, or similar
technologies to deliver and measure ads.
Google is the advertising vendor specifically identified in this policy.
Before Boxy enables another third-party ad vendor or network, we will
identify it and provide an appropriate privacy or opt-out link here or
through Boxy's consent-management interface.
When AdMob is active, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect
and share an IP address, app interactions such as launches, taps, and video
views, diagnostic and performance information, Android advertising ID, app
set ID, and other device or account identifiers. Google states that it uses
this information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. An IP
address may be used to estimate a device's general location.
Google may use information received from Boxy to deliver and personalize
ads, measure advertising, maintain and improve its services, and protect
against fraud and abuse. Learn more in How Google uses information from

You can manage personalized Google advertising through Google Ads Settings
(https://adssettings.google.com/), reset or delete the Android advertising
ID through Android device settings where supported, or opt out of some
participating vendors through WebChoices (https://optout.aboutads.info/).
Blocking advertising technologies may not remove ads; it may make them less
personalized. Where required, Boxy or its advertising provider will request
consent or offer additional privacy controls before using data for
personalized advertising.
8. Amazon affiliate disclosure
------------------------------
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
Boxy may use specially tagged Amazon links. If you follow one, Amazon may
receive information such as your IP address, the referring and destination
URLs, browser and operating-system information, link views or clicks, and a
cookie or pseudonymous identifier. Boxy may receive a commission if you make
a qualifying purchase, without increasing your price. Affiliate links will
be identified near the link where required. Purchases occur on Amazon and
are governed by the applicable Amazon Privacy Notice
(https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=GX7NJQ4ZB8MHFRNJ)
and terms. Amazon does not sponsor or endorse Boxy merely because Boxy
participates in the Associates Program.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
-----------------------------------
Boxy and its providers may use:
- essential technologies for login, authentication, security, load
balancing, fraud prevention, preferences, and requested features;
- measurement technologies to understand visits, performance, errors, and
use of features; and
- advertising technologies to select, deliver, limit, personalize, and
measure advertising and affiliate referrals.
You can control browser cookies and site storage through browser settings,
but deleting or blocking essential storage may sign you out, remove local
preferences, or prevent parts of Boxy from working. Any consent-management
interface offered by Boxy supplements the device, browser, and provider
controls described above.
10. Retention
-------------
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes
described in this policy. The period depends on the nature of the
information, the lifetime of an account or world, operational needs, user
expectations, the sensitivity of the data, and legal, security,
fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, accounting, and enforcement requirements.
- Account, character, world, and Player Content data may remain while the
account, world, or Service operates so that we can provide persistent
gameplay.
- Chat, sign, command, moderation, ban, audit, security, and support
records may be kept for an extended period to enforce rules, investigate
abuse, protect the community, and preserve the integrity of decisions.
- Transaction, subscription, virtual-currency, refund, chargeback, tax,
and fraud-prevention records may be retained after an account closes for
legal, accounting, reconciliation, and dispute purposes.
- Backups and disaster-recovery copies may persist for a limited period
after information is removed from active systems.
We may aggregate or de-identify information and retain the resulting
information when it no longer reasonably identifies a person. As described
in the Terms, inactive accounts and associated data may also be deleted
after an extended period.
11. Data management, export, and correction
-------------------------------------------
Account tools may allow you to review or change account details, settings,
sessions, characters, subscriptions, reports, or other information. You may
also ask us to correct inaccurate account information or provide a copy of
information associated with your verified account. The scope and format of
an export may depend on the systems involved, other players' privacy,
security, intellectual-property restrictions, and what is reasonably
available.
To make a privacy request, use Contact and Support (/support/contact). Sign
in when possible so we can verify the account. We may request additional
information to confirm identity, authority, and the scope of the request. We
will respond as required by applicable law and may honor additional requests
voluntarily.
12. Account and data deletion
-----------------------------
You may request deletion of your Boxy account and associated data through
the dedicated Delete account and data (/account/delete) page. It remains
available even if you no longer have the app or cannot sign in. A retained
password-created dormant Child account can start deletion directly by
proving its Boxy username and password on that page; this proof does not
sign the account in, create a cookie, token, or session, or require an
e-mail address. Other signed-out requests go through support ownership
verification. You may also use Contact and Support (/support/contact).
Deleting an account removes or de-identifies associated data from active
Boxy systems except information we must or reasonably need to retain for
security, fraud prevention, moderation integrity, legal compliance,
financial recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or protection of other players.
Shared content may remain where removal would affect another player's world
or record, but we may remove or disassociate account identifiers where
appropriate. Data may remain temporarily in backups.
Deleting Boxy does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Amazon
Appstore, Stripe, PayPal, Google Play, or another provider. Cancel recurring
billing through Boxy's subscription tools or the provider before requesting
deletion.
Deletion also does not control copies already held independently by a
payment provider, app store, ad provider, or another third party; contact
that provider under its privacy notice.
13. Voluntary GDPR-style practices and other privacy rights
-----------------------------------------------------------
Boxy is not established in the European Union and does not presently
consider itself subject to EU jurisdiction. Even where the EU General Data
Protection Regulation does not apply, we aim to cooperate with its
principles of transparency, access, correction, portability, and deletion by
providing or developing reasonable privacy tools and request processes. This
voluntary approach does not concede jurisdiction, create rights beyond those
provided by applicable law, or limit any non-waivable right you already
have.
Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to know
about, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information;
withdraw consent; restrict or object to certain processing; or opt out of
targeted advertising, sale, or sharing. Submit a request through Contact and
Support (/support/contact). We will not unlawfully discriminate against you
for exercising a privacy right. An authorized agent may submit a request
where permitted, subject to verification.
14. Security
------------
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards
designed to protect information. These include access controls,
data-protected authentication credentials and tokens, hashed passwords,
encrypted network transport where supported, audit logging, provider webhook
verification, and restrictions on access to sensitive IP, payment, support,
and moderation information.
No storage or transmission method is completely secure. You are responsible
for protecting your credentials and devices and should notify support
promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
15. Children
------------
Boxy is designed for adults and is appropriate for teenagers age 13 and
older. It is not directed to children under 13. A birthdate that identifies a
player as under 13 places the account in a low-permission Child state. A Child
account may only use offline single-player worlds in the MonoGame client. It
cannot enter an online world, use chat or other player-created content,
publish signs or builds to an online service, trade, view ads, make purchases,
use subscriptions or in-app purchases, or share information with advertising
providers. A parent cannot turn those features on before the account ages
into the teen bracket.
For an account created with a Boxy username and password, Boxy.Web retains
only the username, password hash, birthdate, and minimum Identity security
fields needed to protect and reserve the dormant account and determine when
it reaches age 13. It does not retain optional e-mail, phone, real name,
profile data, commerce-linked external-account fields, registration or
consent IPs, a login session, or a Terms or Privacy acceptance row for that
Child registration.
A temporary Google-only or Guest account has no password capable of
recovering the account after those external identifiers and sessions are
removed. If its first birthdate submission identifies the player as under
13, Boxy rolls that onboarding account back completely and releases its
username instead of retaining an orphaned account. The player may use
offline Single player without an account, or separately create a
username-and-password registration to reserve a dormant account until age
13. Boxy does not retain the Google provider id, Guest session, contact
details, online tokens, or audit IP from the rolled-back onboarding.
Checking an agreement box does not change these rules and is not treated as
acceptance by the child or as verified parent consent. Offline world saves
remain on the device unless the user deliberately exports or submits them.
When the account reaches age 13, the user must review and accept the Terms,
Privacy Policy, and other required documents then current before any online
feature becomes available. Boxy's current registration does not verify a
parent or guardian, and no claimed parent approval can unlock a Child account.
A parent or guardian who knows the retained username and password may delete
a dormant Child account directly through Delete account and data
(/account/delete), without an online login or e-mail address. That credential
proof authorizes deletion only and returns a one-time deletion-status secret;
it cannot open account, game, communication, advertising, or commerce
features. Access, correction, requests without the password, and other
questions remain available through Contact and Support (/support/contact).
Parent tools are available for players under 18, but parent verification never
unlocks online play, advertising, or commerce for a Child account. If you
believe a child provided more information than described here, contact us so
we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.
16. International processing

Boxy and its providers may process and store information in the United
States and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have
privacy laws different from the laws where you live. Where applicable law
requires a transfer mechanism or additional safeguard, the responsible party
will use an appropriate mechanism.
17. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as Boxy, its providers, or applicable requirements
change. The date above shows the latest revision. If a change is material,
we will provide reasonable notice through the Service or another appropriate
channel before it takes effect when required.

other privacy questions, requests, complaints, or concerns about Boxy, use
Contact and Support (/support/contact).
