If you cannot sign in, start from the sign-in flow again before opening a ticket. Account-specific support should be sent while signed in when possible so the team can verify the right player.

If a world will not load, check Status for live world data, and include your browser or device, world name, character name, and approximate time when reporting the problem.

If items seem missing, first check your inventory, hotbar, armor tab, nearby dropped items, chests, furnaces, guild chests, vehicle storage, auction listings, mailbox claims, and recent death location. A full inventory can also keep rewards or gathered items from landing where you expected.

If a recipe does not craft, compare it with the recipe book. Some recipes accept any item in a group, such as any wood plank, while others require an exact item, such as iron ingot, flint, cotton, glass, or stardust.

If mining fails, check the tool requirement. Stone and ores need a pickaxe. Tools have durability, and a broken or missing tool can make a familiar block feel suddenly unavailable.

If a bucket, door, chest, furnace, guild chest, mount, vehicle, trader, auctioneer, or questmaster does not respond, make sure the correct item is selected and that you are using right-click or the touch use gesture. Some interactions require proximity, permission, a guild, a saddle, or a key.

If a purchase or subscription benefit does not appear, review billing history from Account and open a billing support request before starting a chargeback. Failed delivery reports should include the purchase time, platform, account name, and what did not arrive.

If you were banned, chat-limited, or restricted from a world, use the appeal flow from Support. Include the world, character, approximate date and time, and enough context for a reviewer to understand the action.

If you find a bug, include reproduction steps, coordinates, world name, device or browser, screenshots when helpful, and whether it happened on a preview or maintenance world.

Patches roll out through the current release notes and Status page. Preview-world behavior can change before stable worlds, so always check the date on a note before treating it as a stable-world rule.
